As a university located in a border state and designated as a Hispanic-serving institution, ASU is actively working to strengthen connections with Mexico across all academic units. This effort is integral to our responsibility to both our on-campus and off-campus communities. Rooted in the concept of being a socially embedded institution, our approach at ASU is centered on the belief that we must forge deep engagements with Mexican partners to gain perspective on regional challenges and to develop innovative, game-changing solutions to issues of importance to both sides of the border.
