Research universities in the U.S. and around the world are a primary source of new knowledge and innovation that drives the global economy. Arizona State University is a comprehensive academic knowledge enterprise committed to discovery, creativity and innovation.
ASU is helping universities worldwide to rethink how higher education functions to educate the greatest number of students to the highest global standards at sustainable cost.
In partnership with internal and external stakeholders, the Global Academic Initiatives team engages globally to support Arizona State University's mission to promote educational access and opportunity, academic excellence and international impact. As part of the ASU Academic Enterprise, we accomplish this by developing, facilitating and promoting pan-university and public partnership engagement models that solve global capacity building challenges and drive thought leadership.
We build force-multiplier partnerships and engage in learning networks that create and support flexible learning models, contextualized and adapted to regional learning and cultural needs. We focus on how to utilize ASU’s digital assets and digitally enhanced knowledge networks to provide access to quality education to global learners everywhere.
