Participation opportunities for ASU Faculty

A curated and hosted webinar where an ASU faculty member provides a single 30-minute lecture and 20-minute Q&A via Zoom webinar on a topic that is relevant to a diverse international undergraduate audience. ASU faculty are compensated through supplemental pay at a rate of $250 per student-facing hour. 

Provide three virtual 60-minute lectures for a course taught at a partner school. The ASU faculty member is provided with the course name, dates, topics and learning objectives the lecture is intended to achieve. ASU faculty are compensated through supplemental pay at a rate of $500 per student-facing hour. 

Provide a series of 60-minute lectures (typically between 8 and 12 lectures) for a course taught at a partner school.  Although ASU faculty are not involved in developing assessments or grading of the course, ASU faculty may be asked to design learning activities to complement the series of lectures. ASU faculty are compensated through supplemental pay at a rate of $500 per student-facing hour. 

With airfare and lodging funded by Cintana, visit a partner school in order to establish meaningful relationships with the school and its faculty as well as engage with the students for the purpose or promoting a strategic element of the ASU partnership.

Collaborate on research projects or joint paper publications with faculty members in this robust global university network. In addition, Cintana has hosted a Seed Grant Competition in 2022 and 2023 to provide seed funding to promote research collaboration between ASU and Cintana Alliance partners.
